Stairs VS. Elevator Campaign
In our Professional Practices class with Liz Throop, we have formed teams to develop a campus awareness project. My group has come up with a campaign to show students and faculty the benefits of taking the stairs rather than the elevator. The campaign shows all of the benefits (time savings, environmental impact, and physical and mental benefits) of making this small modification in our daily routine. I created large vertical elevator panel posters that hang inside the elevators. One is a flowchart and one is an infographic. I used interesting facts and humor to target the skepical college students that will see the posters every time they ride the elevator in the Arts and Humanities building. Through fun imagery and interesting facts, I tried to eliminate the defensive feelings that may exist in the direct contact between the posters and the captive audience.
I created a survey that will provide measurable impact the campaign has on the student body. We are hoping to expand the campaign from the Arts and Humanities building to additional buildings around campus. We have contacted several GSU departments with shared goals, including Student Health Promotions and the Office of Sustainability, to pursue a partnership or sponsorship in our campus expansion efforts, but are having difficulties acquiring a printing budget. No surprise there. ;-)

Texting and Driving PSAs
I approached this in a very emotional, visceral way. I have created two versions of the video campaign:
PSA Version 1
PSA Version 2

Final AJMF Tree Poster
I am super-happy with this. I think the AJMF logo placement, and the tree / root tie-in finally came together. :-)
