Business Cards
Here are some business card ideas for Stillness Yoga. I like several for different reasons, so any thoughts, comments or suggestion would be *greatly* appreciated. Thank you! :-D
I like the oval ones, but is there a reasoning behind that shape? Or are you just looking for something other than a square?
I really like the ones where you have the little flower bud repeated on the back, I think that's really beautiful and I like the element of 'growth' or flourishing.
I like where the logo is split in half because it reminds me of the steps of a temple, and I know you wanted to bring the whole Buddhist aspect to it, so that could be interesting.
I think overall you've nailed that colors and typefaces!
Oh, and I bought a corner rounder thingy if you need to borrow it.
I'm excited to see you develop the stationEry for Stillness :)
I am feeling the oval because I think it is not only distinctive, but it accentuates the form of the logo and it feels like it could be a pond (for the water lily to rest on) or a Zen garden stone. It feels calm, unlike a shape with corners.
What do you think of the deep brown one? I love it, but I worry about continuity with the stationery paper, unless I do a straight-up border...
My favorite one is when the logo is folded inside because it seems like a flower opening up. I think it would also forces someone to think about your logo in a different perspective even if you use half of the logo as a sort of texture/design element like a watermark or fading the colors more into the background. As for the color I definably prefer the lighter tan/beige more since it's more calm and inviting.
I like 5,6,7, 8, 11 & 12
